At McKenzie Stock & Style, every piece is created with care, intention, and authenticity. Because our products are handcrafted in limited runs and small batches, all sales are final.

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. Each collection is one-of-a-kind, and due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee availability for size or style swaps once an item sells out.

Jewelry Repairs

If your jewelry strand breaks, a bead splits, or findings (clasps, wire, crimps, etc.) fail, we’re happy to help with a repair or restring. Please email us at info@mckenziestockandstyle.com  with a photo and description before mailing your piece back.

• You are responsible for shipping.

• Repairs or restrings will be completed as closely as possible to the original design using existing materials when available.

Please note:

• Silver components that are bent, broken, or damaged cannot be replaced.

• Turquoise, bone, and shell are natural materials — small chips or imperfections are part of their beauty and uniqueness. These cannot be replaced or guaranteed against natural wear.
